"Alma" was founded by Erez Yemini in 2007. Erez holds an MBA (magna cum laude) and B.A. in Economics. Both degrees were bestowed by the Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Erez began his professional path at the Budgets Division at the Ministry of Finance as coordinator of the water sector field. Further on, he engaged in various management positions as professional economic advisor to three Ministers of National Infrastructures, Director of the Economy and Tariffs Division at the Public Utilities Authority - Water and Sewerage, and Director of Operations at the Global Clients Division of Amdocs Company.

"Alma – Consultation and Management (E.Y.) Ltd" was incorporated in 2009 as a company registered in Israel.
